Tips for Use

1. Fully charge both remote and collar units for at least 5-6 hours before first use. If not used regularly, charge them at least once a month to maintain optimal battery condition.
2. To conserve battery in the collar receiver unit, switch it off by pressing the Power button when not in use.
3. Address one misbehavior or teach one obedience command at a time to avoid confusion and rebellion in your pet.
4. Use the Vibration mode first before using the Shock mode. Test the Shock level on your own hand before using it on your dog.
5. Observe your dog's reactions closely during training. Reduce intensity or duration if your dog becomes tired, inattentive, or anxious.
6. Check the contact area daily for signs of irritation or rash. Discontinue use until any irritation or rash on sensitive skin heals.
7. Start at the lowest shock level (Level 1) and test on your arm before using it on your dog.
8. To prevent your dog from becoming collar-wise, do not leave the collar on for extended periods unsupervised. Reinforce desired behaviour with a verbal command when the collar gets your dog's attention.
